1. Identification

All UN guests must present their UN IDs during check-in for verification.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: Noon (12 PM)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in from 7am is free of charge, based on room availability at that time. Early check-in before 6am will attract a 50% charge of the daily rate.

3. Occupancy and Child Policy

• Maximum number of occupants per room: 1 adult and 1 child below 9 years.
• Extra guest/bed: $10 daily
• Children below 10 years stay free of charge. A child aged 10 years and above is charged $10 per day.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before check-in.
• Any cancellation after 2 hours will attract 50% charge of the total booking amount.

5. Booking Confirmation and Payment

• The company is required to send an official email to make bookings and confirmation fee or LPO/a formal confirmation letter to guarantee their booking.
• After confirmation, the hotel will send a reservation confirmation number to the client.
• The client will be invoiced and payments must be made within 7 days.

6. General Information

• All our rates are tax inclusive. Room rates are inclusive of free airport pick-up and drop-off.
• All rooms have ACs, smart TVs, private bathrooms with warm and cold showers, access to fast Wi-Fi, working tables, mini bars, coffee machines, balconies, and large spaces. Full board rates include any food of choice including seafood.
